The Behavioral Intensive
Weight & Mind offers a focused, three-hour psychotherapy intensive for adults who want dedicated time to explore the emotional and behavioral challenges they're experiencing.
The $1,800 package includes the intensive session, a personalized written report, workbook materials, and two 30-minute follow-up appointments.

Do I need to be taking a GLP-1 medication to work with you?
No. My services also address emotional eating, body image, behavioral patterns, and adjustment to body changes, whether or not medication or surgery is involved.
Can I attend sessions if I split my time between Florida and another state?
