Online Therapy Throughout Delaware
Online Therapy for Emotional Eating and Body Image in Delaware
Changes in your body don't always change how you see yourself. Even when your circumstances or appearance change, familiar insecurities, self-criticism, or concerns about how others perceive you may remain.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Q1-0012397) providing online psychotherapy to adults in Delaware who want to explore their relationship with their bodies, food, and themselves.
My services include support for emotional eating, GLP-1 treatment, bariatric adjustment, and body image concerns unrelated to medical weight-loss treatment.
Body Image, Identity, and Emotional Well-Being
Body image is about more than appearance. It can influence confidence, relationships, daily decisions, and how comfortable you feel in different situations.
My work helps you explore the beliefs and experiences shaping your body image, recognize patterns of self-criticism, and develop a more flexible and compassionate relationship with yourself.
I use a weight-neutral approach that does not define progress by weight or appearance.
Focused Psychotherapy Through the Behavioral Intensive

The $1,800 package includes a personalized written report, workbook materials, and two 30-minute follow-up appointments.
